Experience
A couple of years ago I had taken up the job of a Support Engineer I've realised how much I love helping people out. As a former high school student myself I know how it feels when you just need that extra help but there is none available. This is one of the reasons why I'd not mind being a tutor in the little time I have left on a weekly basis.
